The 14th Session of the CSA and the 15th Session of the Board of Governors were held at the recently established ICGEB Cape Town Component, South Africa, between 24-28 November 2008.

ICGEB Board of Governors, Cape Town, South Africa, 27 November 2008The appointment of Prof. F.E. Baralle, Director-General, and that of the Director of the Trieste Component, Prof. Mauro Giacca, have been confirmed for a second five-year term from 2009. The admission of new Members to the ICGEB constituency has also been approved, bringing the number of ICGEB Signatory Countries to 79.
