  • Abstracts should focus on unpublished material

  • Authorisation is requested for inclusion in the electronic Abstract Book to be distributed to all participants, together with personal contacts

  • Your abstract will be imported directly into the abstract book, so please follow the format indicated on the form to guarantee inclusion and accuracy

Eight abstracts will be selected for Oral Presentation and will also be displayed as posters.

A prize of 100 Euro each will be awarded to the best oral and best poster.

1. Formatting

  • Maximum 2,500 characters including title, authors, spaces, etc.
  • Do not use ALL CAPS, except for scientific definitions
  • Font for text: Arial or Times New Roman
  • Font for special characters: Symbol or Wingdings
  • Font size 10

  • First name/last name on a single line, in italic, underlining name of presenter
  • Use superscript numbers (2pt) to differentiate authors from different institutes

4. List institutes with relevant superscript numbers

  • Single-line spacing, justified, no line between paragraphs.
